Small Business Tools also uses micro-blogging pretty heavily. Specifically, twitter.

When we post messages on Twitter we often use a set of hash tags so our friends can tell what type of information we are posting. Here is an explanation of the hash tags we use:

#STBQ – this is a question that has been posted to the Community Wiki that we think is either particularly good, or that has not yet received any answers.

#SBTM – this is a product or service from our Marketplace that we want to highlight. Perhaps it received a couple good reviews. Maybe we used it and liked it.

#SBTL – this is a link to another site, usually from the Small Business Tools Aggregator that we found interesting or useful.

And of course, we post other things without any hash tags at all!
